A quick peer review is an essential element of any publication process, normally you call a colleague over, they lean over your shoulder and you get an instant reaction. But that's no good if the colleague in question works in your Bangalore office. So, you e-mail a draft and sometime later, if they are there, you might get a response… but, you really wanted to publish this today.

With Morello Collaborate you can see instantly who is currently logged into Morello and using an embedded instant messaging type interface, you can start to chat. If you want them to see the content item that you are working on, simply drag the content item into the chat window and they will see a link; clicking on this link will take them to that item and you can review the item together.

The Collaborate functionality also pops up if you come across a locked item, the system will either notify you when it becomes available or you can start a Collaboration chat session with the user who has it locked.
