You’re a business user, you need to add a new field to a page. Why should you need to call IT?

Morello provides the Content Type Designer, an easy-to-use interface that enables Morello users (with the appropriate permission levels) to build or extend content item definitions with no technical knowledge.

You select and name the fields you need, and add rules about field length. You can choose a pre-built format (like a telephone number), perhaps add a list of values the user can select from or associate a taxonomy, all in an interface that is built for the business user. 

And as you would have expected, changes are immediately available to everyone involved. So your colleagues can instantly start entering information into the newly created data entry fields.
