We have described how everyone can use Morello; giving organizations an unprecedented ability to devolve content authoring and enable more people to contribute to their internal and external communications.

Just giving people access to tools they can use is only half the story, no organization can just throw open the doors to their messaging and knowledge repository, you need an approval process and a set of rules that can define who can do what and where. Morello provides this and consistent with the rest of the product, it is all administered through simple to use business tools.
 
In the same way organizations using Morello can enable more people to contribute content, Morello also enables more people to be involved in the approval process, through integration to standard desktop tools such as Microsoft Word, e-mail notifications through Outlook and Collaboration for peer review.
